Royal Oak School applications for the year 2026/2027 are open. If you would like your child to have the opportunity to experience our high-quality educational programming and small class sizes, please read our admissions guidelines and process below:
1. Call the school at 905-328-9592 ext. 2 or email us at admin@royaloakschool.ca to arrange a conversation. Alternatively, schedule a tour here!
2. Submit the Online Application Form appropriate for your child's age group (click the buttons below.)
3. Make arrangements with our Admissions Team to join Royal Oak for a "Trial Morning" for your child. This ensures a seamless fit for our program, community, and your child!
4. The Administration team will contact you if your application has been successful.
5. Submit the enrollment fee to admin@royaloakschool.ca and receive your acceptance letter.

STEM Scholarship 2026/2027
Do you have a child going into the Upper Grades (Grades 4-8) who is passionate about STEM education and would thrive in a hands-on, Inquiry-based, collaborative and nurturing environment? Royal Oak is offering a free scholarship to deserving young child in the Niagara region to develop that curiosity within our classroom walls. All you need to do is fill out the scholarship form below!
Financial Aid 2026/2027
Royal Oak Community School uses a third party provider called "Clarity" for financial needs assessment. The Royal Oak Community School Financial Aid program is designed to make a ROCS education possible for all families based on demonstrated financial need and the availability of funds. **Clarity Financial Aid** determine's a family’s level of financial need based on the information that families share in the application which includes assets, income, expenses, and debts.
Complete the following steps by March 30, 2027 for the 2027/2028 School Year.
Step 1
Go to https://auth.clarityapp.com/en/signup/
Step 2
Begin your application and add <school name> to your student applicant entry. You can save your application and log out at any time and return later to complete it.
Step 3
Enter your financial information, review your application, and pay the $93 CDN ($65 USD) Clarity application fee.
Step 5
Submit your Clarity application and follow the link to return to your dashboard. Here you will see any additional supporting documents requested by schools. Keep in mind that at a later date, you may be prompted by the school via Clarity to upload additional documentation as needed.
